Dear SJCCC members,
The following is the regulation of Roman Catholics Church concerning Lenten fasting and abstinence on Good Friday.

• Abstinence from all meat is to be observed by 14 years old and older on Fridays of Lent.
• Fasting is to be observed on Good Friday by those who are from 18 to 59 years of age.

You are also encouraged to participate in the Station of Cross and other activities in St. Clare Parish.

4/22 Good Friday

12:00 noon Meditation
2-3pm Our Lord's Passion
7:30pm Outdoor Stations of Cross

4/23

8:30PM Vigil Mass
