Dear brothers and sisters, we have received an invitation from the Tijuana Ministry team from Saint Julie's Parish in San Jose for a meeting on Saturday 18th from 9:00 am to 12:00 am with Fr. Tom Rush from San Eugenio Parish, Tijuana, Mexico. He comes to meet with all the Northern California groups that have been building homes in the vicinity of his parish. The objective of the meeting is to coordinate our strengths and talents for a better service to the poor people in Tijuana.
As a Chinese Community we are still not sure of our plan for this year, but I encourage you to come with me to the meeting, I hope our enthusiasm for this minister is still alive; whatever we can do is important. Please whoever can come to the meeting let me know before February 15th. We can go with a group of around five people without problem; they need to know how many will be there to prepare the lunch.
